These are the rules for using cronolog. They're short on purpose. Using the app means you accept them. If you don't, don't use it — and if you already have an account, you can delete it in one click from Account → Data & privacy.
A time-tracking and planning app run as a personal project. It has a Free plan and a paid plan, AI Pro (section 7). It is not a medical, financial or productivity-guarantee product: features designed with ADHD in mind are focus aids, not treatment. It records the time you tell it to record.
You need to be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for everything done through your account. One person, one account — don't share logins, and don't create accounts for other people without their knowledge. Tell us immediately if you think someone else got in.
You keep every right to the activities, sessions, descriptions and messages you create. You give us only the permission we technically need to store them, sync them between your devices, and show them back to you — and, for groups you join, to show your totals to the other members of that group. We don't claim ownership, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train anything.
When you join a group, its members can see your display name, your total tracked time for that group's chosen activity, and anything you post in its chat. They cannot see which activity, which session, or what you wrote in a session description. Anything you post in a group chat is visible to everyone in it — treat it as public.
Breaking these can cost you your account without warning. Security research done in good faith is welcome — email us before and after, and don't touch other people's data.
The Free plan may show ads, and that's what pays for it. AI Pro has no ads. Whether you see personalised ads is your choice, made in the privacy banner and changeable any time. Blocking ads won't lock you out.
Free costs nothing and has no time limit. AI Pro is a monthly subscription at the price shown before you pay, which depends on your country. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
Cancelling: Account → AI plan → Manage subscription, at any time. You keep AI Pro until the end of the period already paid, then the account returns to Free with all data intact. Refunds: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no reason needed, by writing to contato@cronolog.net or through Paddle. This includes the 7-day right of withdrawal under art. 49 of the Brazilian Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
CronologAI, the assistant in AI Pro, can be wrong. It only proposes changes to your planner; nothing is changed until you confirm. AI Pro has a limited number of seats and a daily fair-use limit on questions, so the price can stay low.
cronolog. is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It runs on free hosting tiers. It can go down, lose sync, or be discontinued. Features can change or disappear.
Keep your own backups— the CSV export in Account → Data & privacy exists for exactly this, and takes one click. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost time, or any indirect or consequential damage. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived, including your rights as a consumer under the Brazilian Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
You can delete your account at any moment, no reason needed, and it takes effect immediately. We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 5. If the service shuts down for good, we will give notice in the app so you can export first.
We may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change is significant, we'll say so in the app. Continuing to use cronolog. after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes belong to the courts of the user's domicile. If you're in the EU or UK, this doesn't remove the protection of mandatory rules in your own country.
